Ingredients


125g desired fruit purée
25g water
25g sugar, or amount desired
5g lemon juice
4g agar–agar
Gel, liquid, or powder food colouring

  • 1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl.

    2. Blend all the ingredients with a blender.

    3. Place this mixture into the microwave for 1.5 minutes at maximum power. Preferably, a silicone bowl is recommended for the microwave.

    4. Mix and heat again for 1 minute in the microwave.

    5. Add the desired food colouring to the mixture. It is important that the purée be well blended.

    6. Fill the cavities and let cool in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour.
