Ingredients
25 ml of rice vinegar
75 ml of peanut oil
1 tbsp of finely chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp of freshly grated ginger
2 tsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds

1. Open the Dressing Shaker and add:
2. The rice vinegar to the first line.
3. The peanut oil to the fourth line.
4. The garlic, ginger, soy sauce and toasted sesame seeds.
5. Cover, shake to emulsify and enjoy your vinaigrette!
Recomendation:
Gluten- and lactose-free recipe.
If you prefer, you can substitute the wine vinegar with lemon juice, apple vinegar or any variety you like.
