1lb. smoked salmon
1 large avocado
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 cup cream cheese
Salt/pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon of chives

1. Cut the salmon into very fine slices and put aside.
2. Do the same with the avocado and add the lime juice. Finally, add the oil, salt and chives to taste.
3. Before filling the bagels, spread a fine layer of spreadable cheese.
4. Finally, put the salmon and avocado into the bagel.
