2 ripe bananas
100g red fruit
125g coconut milk
20g brown sugar

1. Chop the bananas into small chunks. Once chopped, mix them in a bowl along with the coconut milk and sugar.
2. Heat in the microwave for 4 minutes. Use a fork to mix all the ingredients until you have a thick cream.
3. Fill the bagels with the banana cream, coconut milk and sugar.
4.Decorate with very fine chunks of banana and red fruit. Ready to enjoy!
