Dough:
50 g Dulce de leche
30 g Egg white
85 g Flour

Filling:
1 Banana

    • For the dough; weigh and mix the ingredients well. Leave the dough to rest for 15 min. in the fridge.
    1. For the filling: peel the banana and mash using a fork, and put to one side.

    2. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts (35g each) and roll out using a rolling pin on a non-stick mat. Fill the dough with the filling (20g) and place the message inside.

    3. Close the dough and make a ball. Press gently into the mould.

    4. Bake for 15 min. at 180ºC.

    5. Leave to cool for 30 min. and remove from the mould. Ready!
