What you need

Ingredients


250g / 8,8 oz butter at room temperature
250g / 8,8 oz icing sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
550g / 19,4 oz sifted flour

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC / 356º F.
    2. Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl, and then add the egg and vanilla.

    3. Add the flour gradually until you obtain a smooth dough. Then, form a ball and leave it to rest for 15 minutes.

    4. Use a rolling pin to spread the mass over a silicone baking mat to the thickness of 5mm. Leave to rest in the freezer for 15 minutes.

    5. Form the cookies with your favourite cookie cutter, bake at 180ºC / 356º F for 12-15 minutes, and leave to cool.

    6. Decorate the cookies however your want.
