Ingredients


1/2 lb chicken
1 tbsp. curry powder
Coconut milk
1 tbsp honey
1 small yellow onion
Crushed nuts

    1. Julienne the onion. Meanwhile, separately cut the chicken into chunks and set aside.

    *What does “julienne” mean? It’s a technique that consists of cutting vegetables into very fine long strips.

    2. In a frying pan at a high heat, sear the chicken until browned. Once browned set it aside.

    3. Put a little oil into the same frying pan that you used to cook the chicken and sauté the onion. Next add the curry, the honey and a little coconut milk. Add the chicken and the nuts and finish off by leaving the chicken to cook.

    4.You’re ready to enjoy your Yellow Fast Satay!
