Cold melon soup with bacon

400 g ripe melon
4 slices of bacon
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1. Clean, cut and blend the melon. Add salt and pepper and refrigerate for several hours.

    2. Microwave the bacon on high for 3 1/2 minutes and then chop finely.

    3. Serve the soup, drizzling a few drops of olive oil on top and sprinkling with bacon. If you prefer, you can cut melon cubes and wrap them with bacon, securing them with a toothpick.
