Ingredients
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- Red berries
- 1 mint leaf

1. Whip the heavy cream until peaks are formed. Gradually fold the yogurt into the whipped cream.
2. Carefully add the sugar until it is fully incorperated.
3. Fill the Cookie Glasses with the mousse and nuts. Decorate with the mint leaves
Leave to cool in the fridge and... ready to serve!
*Obtain a Cookie with more fibre by adding cereals to your dough. Ideal for starting the day on the right foot!
