Ingredients


200 gr. Basmati Rice
2 tblsp. Curry
350 gr. Courgette
150 gr. Onion
100 gr. Greek Yoghurt
Salt
Pepper

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Brown the onion and zucchini and mix with the curry and basmati rice.
    2. Grind the mixture and set aside.

    3. Fill half of the silicone ring of the Veggie Burger with the mixture.

    4. With the help of the Veggie Burger, make a small dent in the central part and fill it with greek yoghurt.

    5. Go back to cover the whole ring of the Veggie Burger with the mixture.

    6. Finally, give it a touch with the pan. Ready!
