Ingredients for the Bunny
600g 70% black chocolate
50g white chocolate



Ingredients for the Filling
You can be creative with the filling, using whatever you fancy most.

This time, we suggest strawberries and cream.


10 sliced strawberries
60g whipped cream

  • 1. Melt the 50 g of white chocolate in the microwave inside the Decopen. Approximately 2 minutes. Check it every minute, constantly stirring the chocolate.

    Note: it is important to keep an eye on this process as chocolate is very delicate and can get burnt.

    The Decopen helps you decorate the ears, eyes and teeth of the figure.

    2. Once ready, leave it to cool in the fridge for approximately 15 min.



    3. Meanwhile, melt the 70% black chocolate inside the Decomax and in the microwave for approximately 3 min (very carefully).



    4. Cover the sides and bottom of the bunny mould. It is important to clean the edges properly in order to ensure a uniform layer.



    5. Eliminate excess chocolate and leave in the fridge for around 10 minutes.



    6. Repeat the operation with the remaining mould. Add chocolate once again, this time eliminating excess chocolate ensuring you leave a thickness of approximately 4 millimetres.



    7. Once more, clean the edges and let the chocolate cool down for at least 4 hours.



    8. Once both sides of the 3D bunny figure are ready, remove them from the mould carefully. It is important to leave at room temperature for around 10 minutes. It is recommended you remove them starting first from the ears. Take both pieces once again to the fridge while you prepare the filling.



    9. Slice the strawberries and smoothen the cream. Fill in one of the sides of the figure and put it aside.



    10. To stick the sides of the bunny together heat a saucepan and, once removed off the stove, melt the corners of the bunny by carefully pressing on it. Stick the other part on so they fit in perfectly.



    11. Take it to the fridge and let it cool around 20 minutes.


    Our Easter bunny is ready to be decorated with feathers or to simply crack it open and start eating!
