40 g ham
20 g pineapple
40 g Brie cheese
2 pieces poppy-seed bread
1 tsp. olive oil

1. Cut the ham and pineapple and mix with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
2. Cut the Brie into slices and set aside.
3. Cut the bread and fill with the ham and pineapple and Brie slices.
Heat the sandwich in the oven at 170 °C to enjoy it warm.
