Ingredients


4 medium potatoes
100g Olive oil
60g Butter
100g bread crumb
10 branches Romero
1 lemon

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Preheat the oven to 190º C.
    2. Chop the rosemary finely and mix with the breadcrumbs and lemon peel.

    3. Cut the potatoes with the Hasselback Cutter and spread with olive oil, a little rosemary chopped, salt and pepper.

    4. Cook the potatoes in the oven for 30 minutes.

    5. Remove the potatoes from the oven and cover them with the bread crumb mixture. Place a piece of butter on each one and finish the cooking for 15 more minutes in the oven.
