Ingredients


2 eggs
50g Brown sugar
100g Semi whole wheat flour
80g ground hazelnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
40g butter

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC


    2. Beat the eggs with sugar until creamy. Add the melted butter, the flour with the baking powder and the ground hazelnuts.


    3. Pour it in the briochette mould up to ¾ capacity and bake for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool before unmolding.
