Ingredients


4 carrots
4 teaspoons of masala
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt
6 tablespoons of plain yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
    2. Mix the olive oil with the masala, a pinch of salt and reserve.

    3. Cut the carrots with the help of the Hasselback Cutter and place them on a baking tray, bathe them with the masala oil and cook them in the oven for 40 minutes.

    4. Mix the yogurt with honey, a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil and reserve.

    5. To serve bathe the carrots with a little of the yogurt mixture.
