Ingredients


Crêpe ingredients:
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp. milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 egg
2 tbsp oil or butter
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp orange zest (optional)
A pinch of salt

Ingredients for the filling:
Duck confit
Chives
Hoisin sauce

  • 1. Put the milk, orange juice and egg into the Lékué shaker, close it and shake it a couple of times.

    2. Add the dry products: the flour and a pinch of salt. Shake again until you have a light batter.

    3. Lightly grease the frying pan with oil or butter and pour in the batter. Spread the batter well until you have a finer layer.

    4.Once it has been spread and bubbles start to form, use your spatula to flip the crêpe over and then remove it when it has browned on both sides.

    5. For the filling, first finely slice the duck confit. Add the sautéed chives and finally a few drops of Hoisin sauce.

    6. Add the filling. Close the crêpe and decorate it with orange zest.

    7. They’re ready to enjoy!
