Ingredients
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp water
1 peach, pitted
1 Earl Grey teabag
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Así puedes prepararlo
1. In a pot, boil the water with the sugar and the quartered melons. Increase the heat and use a wooden spoon to crush the peach to remove the juice and allow it to mix with the water.
2. When the sugar is completely dissolved, turn off the heat and add the teabag. Leave it covered to infuse for 4 minutes. Next remove the teabag, add the lemon, stir the mix, cover the pot and leave to stand for 25-30 more minutes.
3. Strain the mixture and pour into the moulds and freeze.
