What you need

Ingredients


400 g of garlic
3 laurel leaves
200 g of bottled water
15 g of non-iodised salt
5 g of Herbes de Provence

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Peel and clean the garlic, set aside.
    2. Mix the water and salt and set aside.

    3. Fill the jar with the garlic, laurel leaves and Herbes de Provence. Add the liquid, place the disc in the jar and check that all the vegetables are completely submerged.

    4. Leave to ferment 4 days at room temperature and in a dark place. Store in the fridge.
