Pizza with cauliflower base

What you need

Ingredients


200 g Cauliflower
1 Egg
20 g Ground flax seeds
Oregano (1 teaspoon)
Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
Salt
Tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
    2. Using the Veggie Ricer, grind the cauliflower florets.

    3. Cook the cauliflower in the microwave using the Steam Case, with 1 tablespoon of water, for 4 minutes.

    4. Mix the cooked cauliflower with the ground flaxseed, egg, garlic, oregano, and salt.

    5. Make a round base out of the mixture and bake in the oven at 180 ºC for 20 minutes.

    6. To make the pizza, put tomato sauce and cheese on the cooked base, then place in the oven until browned.
