Plum and dried apricot cookies

What you need

Ingredients


100g walnuts
100g raw sesame
150g porridge oats
100g wheat flour
3g cinnamon
1g powdered cardamom
Zest of 1 orange
Zest of 1 lemon
15 plums without stones
15 dried peaches
20g butter at room temperature
40g water

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
    2. Crush the walnuts, sesame, porridge oats, and set aside.

    3. In a food processor, blend the plums and dried apricots. Then, add the butter, flour and crushed cereals until you obtain a smooth dough. Leave to rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.

    4. Use a rolling pin to spread the dough over a silicone baking mat. Add a sprinkling of flour to prevent sticking. Leave to rest in the freezer for 15 minutes.

    5. Use your favourite cutter to form the cookies and bake at 180ºC for 7-8 minutes.

    6. Leave to cool and decorate the cookies however you want.
