Ingredients
2 fresh eggs
6 Small red Potatoes
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Oregano
Do it this way
Pre heat the oven 350ºF (176ºC).
Cut the potatoes in 4 and add a little bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano. Introduce them into the oven for 25 minutes.
Heat the water and keep it below 212ºF (100ºC).
Crack the eggs and close the poacher, take it in to the water and cook them for 3 minutes.
Plated the potatoes right next the eggs. Add salt and pepper for the final touch.
