Ingredients
4 golden apples
2 black “morcillas”
30 g of butter
4 spoonfuls of sweet wine
Salt, pepper, cinnamon

Cut the apples in half and empty them.
Peel the “morcillas” and cut them into 8 pieces.
Stuff the apples with the “morcilla” and season it with cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Put the white wine and the apples at the bottom of the papillote.
Put a small ball of butter on each apple and bake at 180 º C for 30 minutes.
