Ingredients


190 g flour 1 sachet of baking powder 40 g almond flour 60 g powdered sugar 75 g blueberries 1 egg 125 ml milk 60 g butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Así puedes prepararlo

  • Sift the flour and the baking powder into a large bowl, add the sugar and blueberries. Beat the eggs with the milk and vanilla extract. Add the mixture to the flour along with the melted butter. Blend with a spoon without beating. The batter should be thick and chunky. Pour the batter into the muffin cups until they are ¾ full. Bake in a preheated oven at 190ºC for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow to rest in mould for 5 minutes, turn out and cool on a rack.
