Ingredients
160 g of pasta ties
115 g of fresh mozzarella
100 g of tomato (1 tomato)
30 g of pitted black olives
5 fresh basil leaves
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Water
Así puedes prepararlo
1. Microwave the pasta ties in the PastaCooker following the product instructions.
2. Once finished, drain and cool with cold water to stop the cooking. Drain again.
3. Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces, cut the mozzarella into cubes and the black olives into slices.
4. Add it all to the pasta ties and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
5. Serve with chopped fresh basil leaves as garnish.
Substitute basil with other aromatic herbs such as oregano, thyme or Provencal herbs.
An alternative to the black olives are green olives or capers.
Microwave the pasta in the PastaCooker.
Once finished, drain and cool with cold water to stop the cooking.
Add the tomato, the olives and the mozzarella to the pasta and season it.
Serve with chopped fresh basil leaves as garnish
