Mix the ingredients inside the bread maker until you obtain a smooth mix with a soft consistency. Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form and fold it into the above mix. Close the bread maker, set the mixture aside for half an hour and bake in an oven which has been preheated to 200ºC for 30 minutes.
