Camembert cheese omelette and chives with spring onions

Ingredients

1 large egg 30 g Camembert cheese 2 chives 1 spring onion 1 slice wholemeal bread Salt Pepper

Do it this way

Chop the onion and cook in the Ovo with a tbsp olive oil and a tbsp water for 2 minutes at 800 W.  

Chop the cheese.  Beat the egg with salt, pepper, the chopped chives and pour into the Ovo.  Cover and microwave for 40-45 seconds at 800W.  

De-mould on a dish and serve with a slice of wholemeal bread.
