600g (1 lb 5 oz) lean beef 1/2 spring onion 2 tbsp. picked capers 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 egg salt pepper For the filling:

80gr (3 oz) brie-type cheese (cheese that melts easily) For the accompaniment:
Onion rings Cumcumber and tomato cutted into slices A curly endive leaf BBQ sauce For the BBQ sauce:

200g ketchup 3 tbsp. white wine vinegar 1 tbsp. honey 1 tbsp. mustard 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 clove of garlic 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 pinch of hot paprika (optional) a few drops of spicy sauce (optional) salt pepper Suggested bread:classic burger bun

  • 1. Peel the onion, chop it and mix it with the beef, the capers, the parsley, the mustard, the egg, salt and pepper and mix well.
    2. Make 4 hamburgers and fill them with the cheese.
    3. Add the other ingredients.
    BBQ sauce:
    1. Crush the peeled garlic in a mortar with a pinch of salt and pepper.
