Pre-heat oven 30 minutes in advance to 170º C Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Use a blender to mix the batter until it becomes smooth and creamy. Place the batter in the mould and bake in a preheated oven at 170º C for 45-50 minutes. After baking, leave the cheesecake to cool before turning it out. This delicious cheesecake can be served with raspberry sauce or wild berry ice cream.
