180 g of chickpea flour 90 g of corn starch 30 g of potato starch 1 teaspoon of salt (5 g) 1 teaspoon of sugar (5 g) 1 teaspoon of dried yeast (3 g) ½ tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary 40 g of chopped dried tomatoes 240 ml of warm water 30

Así puedes prepararlo

  • Mix the ingredients inside the bread maker until you obtain a smooth mix with a soft consistency. Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form and fold it into the above mix. Close the bread maker, set the mixture aside for half an hour and bake in an oven which has been preheated to 200ºC for 30 minutes.
