Ingredients


100 g butter room temperature 75 g white sugar 100 g brown sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla (or vanilla sugar) 1 spoonful yeast 150 g crushed chocolate 250 g flour A pinch of salt

Así puedes prepararlo

  • Add the butter, sugars, egg, salt and vanilla in a bowl and mix well.
    Add the yeast and chocolate, mix, add the flour bit by bit and keep mixing until it is completely mixed in. Keep the dough in cling film in the fridge for between 1 and 2 hours. Preheat the oven at
    180º C, take the cling film off the dough and cut in slices giving the biscuits the round shape.  Place the biscuits on the baking sheet carefully making sure they are not too close and bake in the oven between 10 and 15 minutes.
