Recipe made by Albert Iglesias - El Nostre Pá (Bcn) 200g dark chocolate 65% cocoa 200g butter 100g flour 300g eggs 200g sugar 100g cream

Así puedes prepararlo

  • Beat the eggs and sugar in a blender and add the chocolate and melted butter, then add the flour and last, the cream. Fill the moulds and cook for 10 minutes at 180 ºC (350 ºF), turn out when warm, although you can also turn out when hot.
