200 g flour 1 sachet baking powder 150 g chocolate 175 g sugar 2 eggs 150 ml milk 180 g butter 1 pinch of salt

Beat the eggs and the sugar in a bowl. Melt the chocolate and the butter, add to the above mixture and stir. Gradually add the flour mixed with the baking powder, stirring continuously. Pour in the milk until smooth and creamy. Pour into the mould and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200ºC. Wait a few minutes before turning out.
