Citrus salad

1 grapefruit

1 orange

1 Figueres onion (small)

½ Endive

Freshly ground black pepper

For the vinaigrette:

Juice of a lemon to taste

1 tables

Do it this way

1.      Peel the orange and the grapefruit.

2.      Finely chop the onion.

3.      Place all the ingredients in the Salad Shaker, along with the endive and the ground black pepper.

4.      Prepare the vinaigrette in a separate bowl and add to the salad.

5.      Cover the bowl with the silicone lid and shake.
