What you need

Ingredients


250 g butter room temperature
150 g sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
500 g sieved flour

Icing: 1 egg white
200 g powdered sugar
3 drops of lemon
Food colouring

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. In a bowl, add the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg and mix well.
    2. Add the flour bit by bit and without working the dough too much so it doesn´t become hard.

    3. Make a ball with the dough.

    4. Leave in the fridge for around 30 minutes wrapped in cling film.

    5. Using a rolling pin, extend the dough to a thickness of 5 mm.

    6. Cut using the desired cookie cutter and put the shapes on the baking sheet.

    7. Bake in the preheated oven at 180º C for during 15-20 minutes. Decorate the cookies to your liking.

    8. Icing preparation: Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form and slowly add the powdered sugar.

    9. Add the lemon drops and mix until its volume doubles.

    10. Add the desired food colouring and decorate with the help of the Decopen.
