Crayfish with Mushrooms

Ingredients


10 Crayfish
200 g medium sized mushrooms
1 rosemary twig
1 clove of garlic
1 shallot
1 carrot
3 spoonfuls of light white wine
Olive oil
10 g of butter
Salt and pepper

Así puedes prepararlo

  • Clean the mushrooms carefully.
    Cut the mushrooms in 8 mil. thick longitudinal slices.
    Put the sliced mushrooms on the grill of your papillote, salt and pepper it, pour olive oil, sprinkle laminated garlic, rosemary without leaves and salt pepper it.
    Bake at 220° C for 10 minutes.
    Peel the shallot and the carrot and chop them.
    Withdraw the mushrooms from the papillote with the grill and keep them hot.
    Pour the wine, carrot and the chopped shallot, the butter with the crayfish inside the papillote and cook at 180º C for 10 minutes.
    Pour the crayfish cooking broth on top and serve.
