Ingredients


200 g heavy cream
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons bacon cut into strips
2 grated Parmesan cheese

  • Place the bacon in the mini steam case, close and cook in the microwave oven at 650-800W for 1 minute.
    Add the cream, Parmesan, a pinch of salt and pepper and cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Stir and serve over pasta.
