150g loin of pork 120g potatoes (1 medium potato) 100ml water 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 sprig of fresh thyme Curry to taste Salt Pepper Lea and Perrins or Worcestershire sauce
Do it this way
Dice the potatoes and loin of pork. Put the potatoes, water, oil, salt and pepper into the steam case. Close the case and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes at maximum power (800W). Add the loin of pork and season the dish with curry, thyme, salt and pepper. Mix well, close the lids and cook in the microwave for another 2 minutes. Dress with a few drops of Lea and Perrins or Worcestershire sauce and serve.
