350 ml. water, 1 carrot, ½ leek , 1 clove garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 50 gr. clean hake, 50 gr. clean anglerfish, 2 prawns, 2 mussels , 3 clams, Parsley leaves, 1 teaspoon flour, Salt
Do it this way
Place the prawn shells and heads in Ogya along with the fish bones from the hake and anglerfish to make fish stock. Add water and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes at 600W. Remove and pass through a strainer, crushing the prawn heads well to extract all the juice; reserve. Cut the carrot and leek into thin strips and place in the pot along with the peeled garlic clove and 1 tablespoon of oil. Cook in the microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Sprinkle the fish with salt and clean the clams and mussels. Place everything in the pot along with the hot fish stock and parsley leaves and cook for 2 minutes at 800W. The clams and mussels should open. If not, cook for one more minute. Check the salt and serve with crusty bread.
This recipe can be adapted to the Ogya XL by doubling the quantity of ingredients. Add two minutes and check the cooking process.
