4 glasses of fresh peas
6 small fresh onions
1 teaspoonful butter
1 lettuce heart
¼ l poultry stock
1 tablespoonful

1 handful mange tout peas
300 g smoked lard

Cut the lettuce in thick slices.
Put the peas, onions, lard, sugar, savory and the poultry stock in the papillote and bake in the oven at 180 ºC for 15 minutes, or in the microwave oven at maximum power for 4 minutes.
Add the rest and cook in the oven for 7 minutes or in the microwave oven at maximum power for 2 minutes.
