150 g / 5 oz dark chocolate

1. Blend the fruit with the syrup.

2. Fill the moulds, put theplasticsticks in place and freeze for at least 4 hours.

3. Chop up the dark chocolate and melt 2/3 of it inbain Marieuntil the temperature reaches 40ºC/104ºF. Once the temperature has been reached, add the remaining chocolate, finely chopped, and stir until you have a homogeneous chocolate paste.

4. Cover the frozen lips with the chocolate and keep in the fridge until they are solid.

5. The frozen kisses are now ready to give away!

Fill the moulds and put the plastic sticks in place.

Cover the lips with the chocolate and keep in the fridge.
