Ginger prawns

What you need

500 g fresh prawns
2 g fresh ginger
Some coriander and parsley leaves
1 spring onion
A dash of hot paprika
3 tablespoons (30 ml) extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Así puedes prepararlo

  • Pour one small cup of water and one small cup of white wine into the mould.
    Add the ginger, coriander and parsley and place the tray on top.
    Distribute the prawns evenly and sprinkle the chopped spring onion on top.
    Add salt, cover and cook in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 8-10 minutes, depending on the size of the prawns. Microwave: 2-3 minutes at full power.
    Remove the prawns from the case, place them on a warm serving dish and sprinkle with olive oil and paprika to taste.


    1. Déjalo cerrado por un minuto más y al servir añadir el Aceite de oliva y un poco del jugo del vino con el que se cocino.
