200g cauliflower 150ml water Grated Emmenthal cheese Salt Pepper

Put the cauliflower, water, salt and pepper into the steam case. Close and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes at maximum power (800W). Add the grated Emmenthal cheese. With the case open, cook in the microwave for another 3 minutes to melt the cheese.
