- 2 eggs - 40 g of green pepper (3tbsp) - 40 g of onion (3tbsp) - ½ a clove of garlic - 2 tablespoons of water - 2 tablespoons of milk - 2 tablespoons of olive oil - Salt
Do it this way
Cut the green pepper and onion in julienne and slice the garlic. Place all inside Omelette along with water, a pinch of salt and oil. Close and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes at 800 W. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and a pinch of salt. Pour the eggs mixture into Omelette and mix with the other ingredients. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes at 800 W, turn the Omelette over and cook for 30 seconds more.
