170 g haddock filet
180 g fennel
1 orange
1 cinnamon cane
1 tablespoonful olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Así puedes prepararlo

  • Cut the fennel into slices and put them in the papillote with the cinnamon. Cut the orange in two halves and squeeze one on the fennel and the cinnamon.
    Season with salt and pepper, and bake at 180 ºC for 20 minutes or for 5 minutes in the microwave at maximum power.
    Peel the other half orange and cut it into slices. Season the haddock and put it on the fennel with the orange slices, and bake in the oven at 180 ºC for 8 - 10 minutes, or in the microwave oven at maximum power for 3 - 4 minutes.
