Hake filet with seafood and vermouth

What you need

Ingredients


150 g hake
150 g mixed seafood
½ garlic clove
½ onion
20 g butter
3 tablespoonful vermouth
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg

  • Cut the garlic and the onion into slices. Cut the hake in thin slices. Spread the slices in the papillote and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Mix the seafood with the garlic and onion mixture, and season. Put the seafood mixture on the hake, pour some vermouth and add the butter.
    Cook in the microwave oven at maximum power for 4 minutes. Serve with vegetables.
