Ingredients


2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon yeast
150 g honey
200 g butter
500 g flour
100 ml milk
170 g brown sugar

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Beat the butter with the sugar, honey, milk, and cinnamon until it is mixed together.
    2. Add the flour and the yeast.

    3. Work together to form a dough.

    4. Wrap the dough in cling-film and place it in the fridge until it gains some consistency.

    5. Stretch the dough, place some in each cavity and bake for 10 minutes at 200º C/400º F/gas 6.
