Layered peppers, potatoes and grouper fish
Ingredients
1 red pepper 1 green pepper 2 small potatoes 80g boneless grouper fish (fillet) 40ml water Black olives Olive oil Salt Pepper

Cut the red and green peppers in half lengthwise and slice the potatoes. Put layers of the vegetables into the steam case, alternating slices of red pepper, potato and green pepper. Season with salt and pepper and add the oil and water. Close the case and cook in the microwave for 15 minutes at maximum power (800W). Add the grouper fish to the vegetables, close and cook for another 5 minutes. Crush the olives to form a paste and spread it over the top of the grouper fish and the vegetables.
Tritura las aceitunas hasta obtener una pasta y repártela por encima del mero y las verduras.
