Do it this way
Soak the lentils in water overnight and strain. Cut the vegetables in cubes or small pieces and place them in the Ogya together with the lentils, tomato, garlic and bay leaf. Cover with water, add salt and pepper, cover and cook in the microwave at 800 W for 10 minutes. Serve on a plate and add olive oil.
This recipe can be adapted to the Ogya XL by doubling the quantity of ingredients. Add two minutes and check the cooking process.
