Light aubergine, veal and potato moussaka with tomato sauce

1 small aubergine, 1 medium potato, 3.85 oz t chopped veal, 6.43 oz t pureed tomato (10 tablespoons ), 1 tsp sugar, grated cheese, salt.

  • Slice the aubergine. Peel and slice the potato. Add the sugar to the tomato sauce. Blend the chopped meat with 2 tbsp of tomato sauce and add a pinch of salt. In the Steam Case, alternate one layer of aubergines with one layer of potatoes and one layer of meat. Add salt and oil to season. Repeat, one layer of aubergines, one layer of meat... and finish off with one layer of aubergine. Cover the moussaka with the remaining tomato sauce and grated cheese. Close the steam case and cook for 15 minutes in the microwave (800W).
