80 g (3 oz) flour 2 small eggs 80 g (3 oz) butter 100 g (3,5 oz) sugar 120 g (4,2 oz) fondant chocolate Salt

Place the chocolate and the butter in a refractory bowl and melt in a bain-maire or microwave until completely melted.Beat the eggs and sugar in the Multifunction collapsible bowl using a whisk and add the melted chocolate and butter. Then add the sifted flour and mix well.
Distribute the batter inside the mould cavities and level the surface using a spoon.Place the batter in the preheated oven at 180ºC (350ºF) and bake for 17 minutes. Take out of the oven and leave to cool.De-mould the mini brownies and decorate any way you like.
Suggested decoration:
Strawberries or berries, nuts, laminated almonds, icing sugar, cocoa powder, cream, jam, chocolate shavings, chocolate buttons.
